We thank all users who visit our website and use statistical data published by the Agency for Statistics of Bosnia and Herzegovina through its electronic and print editions.

The values of the Agency for Statistics of BiH, as well as of the entire statistical system in BiH are being developed under the sign of the growing importance of official statistical data, primarily to support economic and social reforms. In this way the requirements and importance of users - primarily local institutions and beneficiaries such as - authorities in our country, businesses, research institutions and the general public, as well as key users in the European Union and other international organizations. Mutual trust of all participants in this process (data users, suppliers and producers of statistics) is becoming increasingly important. The independence of the institution and the profession is the guarantor of security and preservation of confidentiality. Knowledge, experience, common work, respect for privacy, quality and accessibility to the user are values, that may significantly affect on user satisfaction.

Through this survey we want to offer a wide range of users the ability to express their opinions on our work and services and give us their suggestions for improvement.
